FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT SERVICED OFFICE

What is the duration of your Serviced Office contracts? */?>

We offer our Serviced Office contracts for continuous periods of at least 3 months.

Do I have to pay a Security Deposit or Establishment Fee? */?>

The security deposit is equal to 1-month service fee. There are no establishment fees or additional costs.

Will I pay Rental Stoppage? */?>

You will be exempt from rental stoppage as your company will be issued an invoice under the serviced office contract. You can also record this invoice as an expense.

Where will our registered address and tax office be? */?>

The address of the facility that you contracted for will be your registered address, and the tax office located at that address will be the new tax office of your company.  In the case of changes of address, the registered address and tax office of your company changes but your tax number will remain the same.

How long does the service activation take after moving to the Serviced Office? */?>

Phone answering, cargo receiving services, and all other services become activated within a maximum of 30 minutes after you move into the office.

Can I move my own Internet line to your facility? */?>

If you wish, you can move your own Internet line to our facility without paying any additional set-up fee. You can easily achieve an Internet speed of 100 MB per second thanks to the special location of our facility.

Can we use our current phone number? */?>

We provide you with a fixed phone line without you having to pay any additional fees but if you wish you can also transfer your current number to our facility. We will add your phone number to our switchboard and offer phone answering services to you through your own phone line.

Can we use a welcoming announcement specific to our company? */?>

If you wish we can add a welcoming announcement specific to your company to the system. We can have the welcoming message recorded on your behalf at a professional studio in return for a fee or if you wish you can also have it recorded to be delivered to us later. (For example: “Welcome to X company. Please wait for the operator)

How does the phone answering service work? */?>

Every employee has their own extension line in our serviced offices. Your incoming calls are answered with your company name and forwarded to the extension line of the relevant person. When you cannot be reached the caller ID and the caller’s messages are instantly sent to your email.

How do you deliver received cargo packages to us? */?>

All mail, notifications and cargo packages addressed to your company are received and delivered to your office within the day.

How will my guests be welcomed? */?>

We instantly call and inform you when a guest comes to visit you. If you are in the office we direct the guest to your office. If you are not in the office we offer them tea and coffee and entertain them in the best way possible in our meeting rooms or lounge areas until you arrive at the office.
